Sales and Partnership Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Partnership Executive to join our flexible workspace provider in Ferndown. The role combines sales, business development and partnership management, helping businesses find the right office solutions while building a network of brokers and referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries from prospective customers.
• Re‑engage dormant opportunities and proactively contact businesses to generate new sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial brokers, referral partners and aggregators.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and ensure broker listings and online information are up‑to‑date.
• Arrange viewings, appointments and deliver a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service or other relationship‑focused roles such as internal sales, telesales, recruitment, estate agency, hospitality or retail management.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for record‑keeping and pipeline management.
