Join Dreams Ltd as a Sales Assistant in Aintree and help customers discover the perfect bed. You’ll use Sleepmatch technology and product expertise to turn casual browsing into a confident purchase, contributing to better sleep for the nation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their needs and guide them to the right mattress.
• Utilise Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to recommend suitable beds.
• Provide friendly, expert advice, building trust throughout each visit.
• Maintain a fresh, tidy, and inviting store environment.

Required profile

• Warm, positive, and naturally great with people.
• Confident listener and communicator.
• Motivated to learn, grow and achieve targets.
• Supportive team player who fosters an inclusive, fun workplace.
• Available to work 30 hours per week with flexible shift patterns across a 7‑day trading week.
