About the role
Join Dreams Ltd as a Sales Assistant in Bournemouth and help customers find the perfect bed. You’ll use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to turn casual browsers into satisfied sleepers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs and understand their sleep preferences.
- Use Sleepmatch technology and product expertise to recommend the right mattress.
- Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
- Maintain a fresh, tidy and inviting store environment.
Required profile
- Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
- Confident listener and communicator.
- Motivated to learn, grow and achieve sales targets.
- Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
- Willing to work 20 hours per week with flexible shift availability across a 7‑day trading week.
