About the role
Help customers feel at home and find the bed that’s right for them. You’re the friendly bed expert who turns their “just browsing” into the moment they discover the perfect bed.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand what they really need.
- Use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to recommend the right mattress.
- Offer friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
- Keep the store looking fresh, tidy and inviting.
Required profile
- Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
- A confident listener and communicator.
- Motivated to learn, grow and achieve targets.
- A supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
- A brilliant communicator who puts customers first.
- Able to work 16 hours per week with flexibility to work shifts across any day of the 7‑day trading week.
