Sales Assistant – Retail Fashion

About the role

Footasylum is looking for energetic Sales Assistants to join the White City store team. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest streetwear and sportswear trends while delivering a high‑energy shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Style complete looks for customers, including footwear, apparel, accessories and care kits.
• Maintain product knowledge, including technology, fabrics and seasonal drops, to act as a brand ambassador.
• Lead in‑store events such as launch days, exclusive drops and styling sessions.
• Drive sales, meet KPIs, build basket size and celebrate team achievements.
• Keep the store visual standards high, ensure stock is organized and the environment stays clean and fresh.

Required profile

• Passionate about sport and streetwear fashion.
• Outgoing, confident and approachable with strong conversational skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends on rotating shifts.
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of current sneaker and streetwear trends.
• Ability to read customer vibe and suggest complete outfits.
