About the role

Join Dreams Ltd as a Sales Assistant in Merthyr Tydfil, helping customers discover the perfect bed and enjoy a great shopping experience. You’ll greet shoppers, understand their sleep needs, and use our Sleepmatch technology to recommend the ideal mattress, while keeping the store tidy and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their bedding requirements.
• Utilise Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to suggest suitable mattresses.
• Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
• Maintain a clean, fresh, and inviting store environment.

Required profile

• Warm, positive, and naturally great with people.
• Confident listener and communicator, motivated to learn and achieve targets.
• Supportive team player who contributes to an inclusive, fun workplace.
• Flexible to work 38.5 hours per week across any shift in a 7‑day trading week.
