About the role

Help customers feel at home and find the bed that’s right for them. As the friendly bed expert you’ll turn casual browsing into the moment they discover the perfect mattress.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their needs and understand what they really want.
• Use Sleepmatch technology together with product knowledge to recommend the right mattress.
• Provide friendly, expert advice throughout the visit and build trust with shoppers.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping it fresh, tidy and inviting.

Required profile

• Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
• Confident listener and communicator who puts customers first.
• Motivated to learn, grow and achieve sales targets.
• Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
• Available to work 16 hours per week with flexible shift availability across a 7‑day trading week.
