Sales Associate – Boutique

About the role

Bonpoint is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join its boutique in Bicester. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering a premium shopping experience to our clientele while supporting the store’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized customer service and assist clients with product selection and purchase.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and communicate new collections and promotions.
• Ensure the boutique is consistently presented to the highest visual‑merchandising standards.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through follow‑up and tailored service.
• Handle transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges in line with store policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on meeting sales goals.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Fluent verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
