About the role

As a Sales Associate at Crocs, Inc., you will be the front‑line ambassador delivering exceptional service to shoppers in a vibrant retail environment. You’ll help customers discover the brand’s products, support store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Assist across store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
• Operate the POS system, manage stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty program promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and asset‑protection procedures.
• Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Genuine enthusiasm for retail and sales, focused on creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and teammates.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach to task completion.
