Sales Associate – Luxury Tea Boutique

About the role

TWG Tea is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join its London boutique. You will represent the brand’s luxury tea collection, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding the company’s high standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations and following company policies and SOPs.
• Demonstrate the craftsmanship of TWG teas through knowledgeable advice, professional attire, and behaviour.
• Develop detailed product knowledge of tea varieties, packaging, and care.
• Represent TWG Tea UK at promotional events and activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve boutique performance and achieve KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, tidiness, and cleanliness of the boutique.
• Replenish stock, assist with stock takes, and keep the stockroom organised.
• Participate in store meetings and training to ensure effective communication.

Required profile

• Proven success as a Sales Associate with a recognised luxury brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales orientation and understanding of the luxury market.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
