Sales & Client Relationship Executive – Aviation Art

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join a specialist business that has been a leader in aviation and military fine art for over 25 years. The role combines relationship building with high‑value artwork sales, event representation and end‑to‑end order management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective collectors both in person and via phone.
• Represent the company at prestigious airshows, military events and country shows across the UK.
• Generate new business using a consultative sales approach.
• Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to worldwide delivery.
• Coordinate international shipping and logistics for high‑value artwork.
• Provide after‑sales support and keep clients informed throughout the delivery process.
• Maintain and grow an extensive database of over 25,000 active customers and support social media engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure first‑class service for VIP clients, artists and military organisations.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in aviation, military or fine‑art sectors.
• Background in retail, showroom, gallery, account or sales management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel to exhibitions using company vehicles.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple high‑value orders simultaneously.
