Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with the most suitable products.
• Deliver memorable customer interactions and provide advice on delivery, installation and recycling services.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance and meet personal sales targets.
• Support the store’s operations by completing routine tasks across departments.
• Stay informed about new product launches through supplier training and demos.

• Approachable, friendly and eager to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
• Strong team player who can work across all areas of the store.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and varied store opening hours.
