Sales Consultant – Luxury Jewellery & Watches

About the role

Join a prestigious, family‑owned luxury jeweller with a heritage dating back to 1897. As a Sales Consultant you will represent the brand’s high‑end fine jewellery and two renowned Swiss watch collections, delivering world‑class service on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs and provide expert product advice.
• Maintain immaculate in‑store presentation in line with brand standards.
• Communicate brand stories and technical features of jewellery and watches in an accessible manner.
• Support sales targets through knowledgeable, persuasive selling.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes Sundays and Bank Holidays, with a five‑day workweek.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience in jewellery or luxury watch retail.
• Previous exposure to Swiss luxury watch brands is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Genuine interest in watches and luxury jewellery.
• Flexibility to work the required rota.
