About the role

Join Molton Brown’s Meadowhall lifestyle store as a Sales Consultant, working six hours per week to share the brand’s luxury fragrance and body‑care experience with customers. This part‑time contract role focuses on delivering personalised service and helping shoppers discover products that fit their lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on Molton Brown’s range of fragrances, bath and shower gels, home and hand care products.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive.
• Process transactions accurately and handle any customer enquiries or issues.
• Support store targets by promoting product knowledge and upselling where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve commercial and operational goals.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual, with a genuine enthusiasm for luxury retail.
• Team‑player who can support store objectives and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
