Sales Coordinator – Customer‑focused Support Role

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Tonbridge. The role acts as a vital link between sales representatives, customers and internal departments such as logistics, finance, warehouse and production, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and enter all information into company systems.
• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations and sales reports.
• Respond to customer enquiries, provide order updates and resolve basic issues.
• Liaise with warehouse, production and logistics to guarantee on‑time order fulfilment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in CRM and Sage systems.
• Track sales activities, organise documentation and monitor product availability.
• Organise meetings, manage calendars and provide administrative support for sales events and exhibitions.
• Prepare sales performance reports and assist in analysing sales data for management.

Required profile

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Knowledge of Sage accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
