About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Northampton office and generate qualified business finance opportunities. This high‑energy, outbound‑focused position involves contacting UK business owners and decision‑makers to understand their funding needs and match them with the right finance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound B2B calls per day to UK businesses and professionals.
- Self‑generate qualified finance leads for Account Managers.
- Engage with business owners, directors, and professional introducers to identify funding requirements.
- Build relationships with equipment suppliers, trade businesses and referral partners such as accountants and wealth managers.
- Support outbound campaigns linked to trade events and generate appointments.
Required profile
- Commercially driven and target‑oriented.
- Resilient, confident and able to maintain high activity levels.
- Comfortable with a high volume of telephone outreach.
- Flexible to work either 08:30‑16:30 or 10:00‑18:00 shift patterns.
- Able to reliably commute to the Northampton office each working day.
