Join a global leader in vaping technology and drive the growth of our premium Vaporesso/Dojo brands across the UK. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the face of our brand, playing a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail sector.

Missions principales

  • Field Sales & Promotion: Conduct regular in-person visits to convenience stores and tobacco outlets to actively present and sell our product range.
  • Account Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and key decision-makers to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, providing actionable feedback to headquarters to refine our market strategy.
  • Brand Visibility: Negotiate premium shelf positioning and implement impactful in-store promotional activities to maximize brand awareness.
  • Event Support: Represent the brand during in-store promotions, roadshows, and key industry events.

Profil recherché

  • Proven track record in direct sales within the FMCG sector, with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets through field visits and negotiation.
  • Experience in e-cigarette, tobacco, or similar fast-moving consumer goods categories is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse retail stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous, results-oriented, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Advanced sales, persuasion, and negotiation techniques.
  • Expertise in cold calling and door-to-door prospecting.
