Sales Development Representative – German speaker (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who speaks German to join our remote‑first team. You will work closely with the sales organisation to generate qualified leads and help our customers ship and mail millions of items worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and develop leads into sales‑ready opportunities.
• Engage prospects via phone, email and live chat, handling objections and building rapport.
• Research target companies and contacts, documenting all activities in Salesforce.
• Capture accurate prospect information and move leads through the sales stages.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity generation targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as an SDR or Business Development Representative.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast‑changing startup environment.
• Goal‑oriented self‑starter with strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (optional).
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for lead management.
