Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an organised, engaging and proactive Sales Development Representative to help expand community healthcare services. Working remotely with regular regional travel, you will build relationships with GP practices and other healthcare stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GP practices and healthcare stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, networking, email).
• Visit GP practices and healthcare settings to introduce services and deliver marketing materials.
• Identify and assess suitable host sites for new and existing healthcare contracts.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and opportunities.
• Convert leads into active partnerships through effective relationship building.
• Deliver presentations and represent the organisation at meetings and events.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and manage client information.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and account management practices.

• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to travel regionally.
• Attitude and potential are valued above specific experience.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hybrid/remote work with regular travel (expenses paid).
• Hourly rate of £16‑£17.
• Temporary contract with potential to become permanent.
• 37.5‑hour week (typically 8:00 am‑4:00 pm).
