Sales Development Representative

About the role

Rockborne, a specialist Data & AI consultancy within the Harnham Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities for organisations investing in data and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and research target organisations, identify decision‑makers and build account intelligence using LinkedIn, CRM and market insights.
• Conduct phone‑first outreach, follow‑up with LinkedIn and email, and book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Growth Director to refine messaging, hand over high‑quality opportunities to the sales pipeline and share market feedback.
• Own KPIs such as call volume, conversations and meetings booked, and attend client meetings to deepen commercial understanding.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Target‑driven with a strong work ethic and positive mindset.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Curious about data, technology and business operations.
