About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with an engineering background to lead our sales team in Southampton. The role reports directly to the C‑suite and combines strategic partnership development with hands‑on mentorship of a high‑performing sales department.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture key strategic partnerships across the heat‑exchange and cooling systems market.
- Play an active role in shaping the company’s long‑term strategy.
- Oversee, coach and mentor the sales department, driving performance and growth.
- Lead a team of sales experts, providing guidance and support.
- Travel occasionally to visit blue‑chip clients and multiple operating sites.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience within an engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of the heat‑exchange or related industrial sectors.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to commute to Southampton.
