Sales Director – School Sports Tours

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Director to help grow an already successful school sports tours business. You will develop existing school accounts, generate new business, and lead a sales team to expand our footprint across the UK and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Sell UK, European and worldwide school sports trips, including football, hockey, rugby and ski.
- Leverage existing contacts within the school sports industry to secure new contracts.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities beyond any geographic restrictions.
- Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team as the business expands.
Required profile
- Strong background in the school travel market.
- Extensive network of contacts in school sports.
- Proven ability to grow and develop a successful sales team.
- Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously with guidance from the owners.
