Sales Director – UK Market

About the role

Locala is seeking a Sales Director for the UK to grow its business with the Publicis group. Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales in London, you will lead business development and sales activities across the UK territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and build a portfolio of clients within the UK, focusing on Publicis agencies and brands.
• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and meetings with key decision‑makers to closure, renewal and upselling.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain up‑to‑date Salesforce records, provide weekly pipeline updates and forecast opportunities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within ad agencies or ad‑tech environments (DSP, ad exchange, publisher, ad server).
• Strong network and relationships within the Publicis group.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (experience in maintaining CRM and pipeline reporting).
