Sales Executive – B2B (Crawley)

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will engage with both existing and new B2B customers to understand their communication and technology needs. You will receive comprehensive product and sales training and ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders, giving you a realistic opportunity to earn a competitive OTE.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with existing B2B customers, identifying opportunities for renewals, upgrades and additional services.
• Prospect new business customers and develop fresh sales opportunities.
• Advise clients on business‑critical technology products and solutions.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger client opportunities.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards clear targets.

Required profile

• Open‑minded about experience; B2B sales background is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in roles such as Inside Sales, Telesales, Account Management, Business Development or Customer Retention.
• Enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and achieving results.
• Confident, ambitious, takes ownership of performance and wants to develop a long‑term sales career.
