Sales Executive – Field-Based HiHi Phone System Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our national field team and drive revenue growth by selling the HiHi phone system to new and existing clients across the UK. The role is primarily on‑the‑road, offering a company car, fuel card, and a comprehensive two‑week training programme to ensure your success.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled customer appointments and conduct professional sales meetings.
• Research customers and prepare tailored presentations.
• Deliver high‑quality product demonstrations and secure sales.
• Achieve a minimum of ten installable sales per month.
• Provide accurate quotations on the spot.
• Generate new business and follow up on leads between appointments.
• Complete sales administration within 48 hours of each meeting.
• Ensure compliance with the installation process from point of sale.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a field‑based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured diary.
• Confidence presenting and closing sales face‑to‑face.
• Resilience in handling objections and rejection.

Required skills

• Competitive base salary up to £40,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings of £80,000 plus uncapped commission.
