Sales Executive (Field Based) – Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to work field‑based, supporting referral growth for a leading private healthcare organisation. The role is part‑time (3 days per week) and involves visiting clients, building relationships with medical providers and local organisations across Surrey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local high‑street businesses and healthcare practices.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to increase referral activity.
• Deliver a structured engagement plan across your territory.
• Develop partnerships with sports clubs, corporates, hotels and concierge networks.
• Support and attend events such as education evenings and patient information sessions.
• Work closely with marketing on campaigns and local outreach.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and report on activity, referrals and ROI.
• Represent the organisation as a professional brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or relationship‑based roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
