Sales Executive - Full Replacement & Modernisation

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven Sales Executive to lead growth of our elevator full-replacement and modernisation business across Leeds and West Yorkshire. You will manage an existing customer portfolio while proactively identifying new opportunities in the lift sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the full-replacement and modernisation sales pipeline within the designated territory.
• Deliver agreed sales, revenue, margin and pricing objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with building owners, property managers, facilities managers, consultants and managing agents.
• Identify ageing or under-performing elevator assets and propose modernisation or replacement solutions.
• Guide customers through the sales cycle from initial identification to contract award and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customers’ operational, financial and compliance requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to three days per week.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM/Salesforce systems to record pipeline information and forecasts.
