Sales Executive – Intermediary Distribution (Insurance)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing InsurTech business as a Sales Executive focused on intermediary distribution. You will develop and manage relationships with insurance brokers and other intermediaries across the North of England, driving new business and supporting partners to bring innovative solutions to their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new insurance brokers and intermediary partners to build a healthy pipeline.
• Support new partners through onboarding, training and implementation of insurance solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout longer sales cycles and nurture existing broker relationships.
• Deliver product training and attend joint client meetings to help partners confidently recommend solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in the insurance and employee benefits market and share insights with the wider business.
• Travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays and visits to the London office.

Required profile

• Ambitious, commercially‑minded sales professional with a passion for the insurance sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to manage longer sales cycles.
• Motivated, self‑driven and comfortable with regular travel in the North of England.
• Willingness to learn from experienced industry professionals and contribute to a high‑performing team.
