Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Canterbury. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships and delivering compelling product and service demonstrations both face‑to‑face and via phone or Teams calls.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to understand needs, present solutions and close opportunities.
• Prospect and generate new leads through research, networking and targeted outreach.
• Make business development calls to qualify leads and arrange follow‑up meetings.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through regular contact, account management and proactive support.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations, tailoring presentations to client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow through to the contract stage.
• Record all activity and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM and meet agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.

What we offer

• Salary £27,000‑£28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00.
