Sales Manager – Launch New Automotive Brand (LEPAS)

About the role

Fish Brothers is launching the first UK dealership for the electrified automotive brand LEPAS. Based at the newly refurbished Ashworth Road site in Swindon, the Sales Manager will lead the launch, build a high‑performing sales team and establish the brand in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sales operation and drive performance from day one.
• Recruit, train and develop a motivated sales team.
• Deliver an exceptional, premium customer journey while ensuring FCA compliance.
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape business direction during the launch phase.
• Monitor sales processes, targets and team performance, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership environment.
• Track record of delivering strong commercial results.
• Experience launching a new dealership, franchise or automotive brand is highly advantageous.
• Commercially driven, highly motivated and able to inspire high performance.
• Understanding of the importance of customer experience and colleague engagement.
