Sales Manager – Lead a Dynamic Team

About the role

Reed is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a motivated sales team across Surrey, Sussex and London. You will be responsible for driving growth, expanding the customer base and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow the market share.
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to progress the sales cycle and achieve performance goals.
• Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities and refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reporting.
• Assess team strengths and weaknesses, adjusting the sales programme as needed.
• Support sales associates on‑the‑ground as they generate leads and close deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and deliver high customer‑service standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
