Sales Manager – Retail (Stratford)

About the role

Join Reiss’s dynamic retail team in Stratford as a Sales Manager. You will support the management team, motivate staff to achieve targets and help maintain a safe, efficient store environment while delivering the brand’s premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with dedication, integrity and warmth.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example.
• Work with store leadership to cascade the business plan throughout the team.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and products to customers and the team.
• Support store operations, deliver team briefs and contribute to meetings.
• Assist store management with team development.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Strong background in a customer‑facing role, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
• Ability to guide and coach others.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Thrives under pressure.
