Sales Negotiator

About the role

Join a thriving property sales team in Luton as a Sales Negotiator. You will work closely with buyers, sellers and a network of professionals to guide transactions from first contact to completion, while contributing to a supportive, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Register and qualify prospective buyers, matching them with suitable properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct professional property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the sales journey.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for both vendors and purchasers.
• Manage sales progression from offer acceptance through exchange and completion, liaising with all parties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the local market, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and branch sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support, coach and mentor junior negotiators as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months experience in sales or property negotiations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commercial mindset.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Full UK driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
