Sales Negotiator – Uncapped Commission in South West London

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency in South West London. You will work with a supportive team, building relationships with buyers, sellers and solicitors while driving property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Progress sales through to completion, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and legal representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct property valuations where appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in an estate agency.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Passion for property and delivering excellent customer service.

What we offer

• Uncapped commission structure (10% up to £250k billed, 15% thereafter).
• Realistic OTE of £60,000+.
• Monthly car allowance of £300–£350.
