Sales Operations Associate – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our fast‑growing recruitment business in London. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will support the sales function by delivering accurate reporting, managing our CRM, and driving process improvements that enable consultants to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular sales reports, pipeline analysis and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate data across the CRM and other business systems.
• Support reporting on revenue, activity levels, conversion rates and consultant performance.
• Assist with sales forecasting and commercial performance analysis.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards and management reports.
• Promote CRM adoption and best practices across the organisation.
• Help onboard and train employees on internal systems and processes.
• Support business development initiatives through lead management, market research and data enrichment.
• Liaise with third‑party technology providers to resolve issues and improve systems.

Required profile

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, analytical and solutions‑focused.
• Positive, collaborative and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in sales operations, recruitment operations, commercial support or a similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
