Sales & Service Administrator

About the role

Are you organised, customer‑focused and confident in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Sales & Service Administrator to join our Social Housing team and help deliver a reliable, high‑quality service for our customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Keep customer and supplier records accurate and up to date.
• Update customer information directly and process key service information.
• Complete pre‑invoice checks to support smooth and accurate billing.
• Support order amendments and resolve queries efficiently.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Friendly and professional communication style.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when maintaining system data.
• Collaborative approach with confidence to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Confidence using Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word, and the ability to learn bespoke systems.
• Flexibility to support customer service teams during peak times.
