Sales Support Admin

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Admin (Sales Operations Analyst II) to enhance commercial effectiveness by maintaining sales tools, supporting the sales team, and driving process improvements. The role is focused on Salesforce CRM administration and will be delivered remotely for a 10‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce.com (CRM) and other sales tools.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting for sales systems.
• Optimise sales processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and business insights.
• Support sales teams with administrative and operational tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine sales processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Deliver training sessions and support adoption of tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Support and manage user groups and super‑users.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Analytics or Sales Support.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM administration and support.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare or med‑tech sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• £28 PAYE basic rate.
