Sales Support Analyst

About the role

Our client in the life sciences sector is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to boost sales effectiveness. This is a full‑time, remote, temporary position paying £28 per hour, running until April 2027. You will work closely with sales teams to optimise tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain sales operations tools, primarily Salesforce.com.
• Leverage AI to automate routine sales‑operations tasks.
• Manage user groups, including super‑users, to promote effective tool usage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement prompt solutions.
• Create executive‑level reports and presentations that drive business growth.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for various user groups and nurture super‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com administration and customisation.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualisation.
• Proven track record of supporting, maintaining, and optimising sales‑operations tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
