Sales Support Specialist – Fixed-Term (London)

About the role

Monzo is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join its UK Sales team and help launch Monzo Business in Spain. Based in London, you will work closely with the Spain Go‑to‑Market, Growth Product, Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to guide high‑intent Spanish‑speaking prospects through the conversion journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support and convert Spanish‑speaking prospective customers via phone and email using consultative sales techniques.
• Manage assisted‑conversion journeys such as wait‑list conversion, lead follow‑up, product education and application recovery.
• Explain Monzo Business’s proposition, product capabilities and application process clearly, without providing financial, tax, legal or regulatory advice.
• Qualify, prioritise and follow up on opportunities, handling objections and ensuring steady progress through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate on GTM and conversion experiments, capture customer outcomes and feed insights back to the Spain GTM and Growth Product teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer‑facing sales or support roles, preferably within fintech or banking.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple conversations and maintain high attention to detail.
• Comfortable analysing simple metrics to inform experimentation and process improvement.
