Sales Trainer Specialist

About the role

Zinc is scaling its commercial motion and needs its first dedicated enablement hire. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will build the sales enablement function from the ground up, turning product, sales and marketing knowledge into practical coaching and content that drives consistent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AE onboarding playbooks covering product knowledge, ICP, objection handling and competitive positioning.
• Maintain messaging consistency across SDR, AE and AM teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Create sales‑ready content – decks, one‑pagers, battlecards – using case studies, ROI data and new feature releases.
• Run call reviews, skill assessments and refresher training to support ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with RevOps to optimise the daily sales stack (HubSpot, Gong, enablement hub).
• Measure enablement impact on quota attainment, ramp time and win rates and report quarterly.

Required profile

• Experience in sales enablement, sales ops or direct B2B SaaS selling.
• Strong storytelling ability to craft clear internal and external narratives.
• Curious mindset with a passion for understanding people and industries.
• Familiarity with standard sales playbooks such as MEDDPIC.
• Comfortable designing and delivering training sessions.
