About the role

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑growing team driving Zinc’s mission to revolutionise background checking. With three years of consistent 2x year‑on‑year growth and plans to repeat it, you’ll play a key role in our continued success. We’re looking for a high‑impact Strategic SDR to fuel revenue growth by generating and qualifying pipeline with mid‑market and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound strategy across upper mid‑market and small enterprise segments using cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Deeply research target accounts, map complex buying groups, and tailor outreach to senior stakeholders.
• Qualify leads and drive deal progression together with Account Executives, shaping the pipeline beyond just booking meetings.
• Partner with Marketing & Partnerships on campaigns and events to provide air‑cover.
• Leverage Hubspot, Outreach, and in‑house GTM engineering to build smarter sequences and sharper targeting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in outbound SDR roles within B2B SaaS or similar environments.
• Proven track record of successfully targeting senior stakeholders inside complex organisations.
