Sales/Account Manager – Hybrid (South West England)

About the role

This is a brand‑new Business Manager position for M4 Talent Group in the South West Territory. The role combines new‑business development, account growth and end‑to‑end client fulfilment, allowing you to make an immediate impact on revenue and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, networking and identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and candidates to support retention and account growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end fulfilment of bookings, ensuring suitability and timely delivery.
• Monitor service levels and address any issues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the talent team to ensure resource availability and effective pipeline planning.
• Provide regular updates, forecasting, reports and industry insights to support clients and enhance business performance.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within transport, logistics, driving or industrial sectors.
• Commercially minded with a high‑energy approach to sales and client relationship management.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
