Salesforce Senior Developer

About the role

The Salesforce Senior Developer acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the Salesforce technology stack, shaping application strategy and ensuring a stable, standardized deployment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions that support business objectives while minimizing disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Act as CRM trusted advisor throughout requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Estimate work effort for each project phase and lead design, development and implementation.
• Provide product and technical expertise for complex projects and integrations.
• Review code and solution summaries to ensure adherence to best‑practice standards.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues and design future integration solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud and Conga CLM (preferred).
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset and with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
