SAP Record to Report Specialist – S/4HANA

About the role

Greencore is seeking an SAP Record to Report (RTR) Specialist to shape the strategy and delivery of its SAP S/4HANA platform. You will work closely with senior business and IT leaders to drive digital transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and the Senior Product Manager to define and align the SAP product strategy with business objectives.
• Assess the current SAP landscape, evaluate scalability and alignment, and present improvement road‑maps to the Design Authority and Steering Committee.
• Define and govern project scope within the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) domain, managing backlog items from requirements gathering through to deployment.
• Identify opportunities to re‑engineer processes and incorporate AI agents and automation for application modernisation.
• Collaborate with external vendors and system integrators to ensure high‑quality delivery of solutions.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Record to Report and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Strong strategic and technical consultancy experience, able to advise senior leaders on platform design and roadmap.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
