SAP Senior Specialist

About the role

This senior position will lead the design, configuration and optimisation of the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process on SAP S/4HANA for a premium retail and e‑commerce brand expanding across EMEA. You will ensure real‑time data integrity between SAP, digital commerce platforms and logistics systems to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the functional configuration of SAP S/4HANA O2C lifecycle (SD, MM, LE) including pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, billing and returns.
• Align cross‑border financial controls, inter‑company inventory, credit management, multi‑currency and VAT localisation for European markets.
• Govern real‑time integration with Magento, Tradebyte, Cegid POS and 3PL warehouses, ensuring accurate product, stock and order data.
• Manage high‑volume Tradebyte setups for marketplaces such as Zalando and Rakuten.
• Support warehouse logistics and EWM processes, troubleshooting inbound/outbound flows and Advanced Shipping Notices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SAP functional consultant, specifically in S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash.
• Strong knowledge of SD, MM and LE modules and their interaction with finance and logistics.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP with e‑commerce platforms (Magento) and POS systems (Cegid).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑border implementations across multiple European countries.
