SAP SuccessFactors Analyst – Fixed‑Term (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join a well‑established organisation on a fixed‑term basis. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing an existing SAP SuccessFactors environment, ensuring users receive a high‑quality service while helping to drive continuous improvement across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage incident resolution.
• Investigate root causes and implement long‑term solutions.
• Support testing activities for system changes and enhancements.
• Work with third‑party partners to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Assist with system improvements, configuration changes and process optimisation.
• Produce and maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support business users through effective stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities.
• Experience working with HR stakeholders and end users.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with external support partners or system integrators is advantageous.
