SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

About the role

The organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You will act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
• Manage cross‑functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security.
• Oversee onshore‑offshore delivery models and third‑party vendors.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and ASAP project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
