Scheduler

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join a small, friendly team in High Wycombe. You will be the central point for booking and coordinating engineer visits, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication between customers, engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to arrange bookings with correct timing and information.
• Update the service management system and ensure call statuses are current.
• Maintain engineers' Outlook calendars, mirroring the service management system.
• Enter booking dates into relevant customer portals and generate required RAMS, booking forms and permits.
• Produce weekly Call Statistics reports and meet KPI targets for ASQ/SW and PM/PPM bookings.
• Raise call actions, permits and quotes, and coordinate part ordering.
• Keep customer records up‑to‑date in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar.
