About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking an organised, enthusiastic and proactive School Administrator for a primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. The position runs full‑time, Monday to Friday, for the academic year from September 2026 to July 2027.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries from pupils, parents and staff via email and in person.
  • Complete a range of office‑based administration tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Administration team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support teachers and other staff with administrative duties as required.

Required profile

  • Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to build positive relationships with parents, staff and pupils.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to team success.
