School Behaviour Manager (Full‑Time) – Lewisham

About the role

We are looking for an experienced School Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Lewisham on a full‑time basis. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to achieve their best outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies across the school.
• Promote positive behaviour and intervene early to address concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers, senior staff, parents and external agencies to support pupils.
• Monitor and report on pupil behaviour data to inform practice.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are embedded in all behaviour interventions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Behaviour Manager or similar school‑based role.
• Strong knowledge of behaviour management practices and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
